The keyboard also contains a series of hot keys to increase typing efficiency. Its working distance can be up to 10 meters and the multimedia keyboard will be automatically switch to sleep mode when I was left the desk. One thing you should consider when using the keyboard. Its type is American layout, so may not fit for British style. What’s more a USB receiver is also included in the package box. Both the multimedia keyboard and mouse need two AAA-typed batteries, but batteries are not included in its package box. If in the case of non-working, just check again batteries are with full power and then reconnect the devices.

Multimedia Keyboard Hands on Experience

The keys on the multimedia keyboard all have a very nice feeling to my hands when I was typing. The multimedia keyboard is seriously comfortable and keeps your hands in a better position. Cheap generic keyboards have mushy springs under the keys, but not for this keyboard. It also has some special function keys specifically for me to surfing online. It is easy to remap keys on this multimedia keyboard. You can do the re-mapping manually or by some apps. The multimedia keys for the keyboard include the usual play, pause, skip forward or backward, and Stop keys, volume control keys. It also has a media key for music playing, so you can set it as the default association for different song formats like Audio. The separation between two keys on the multimedia keyboard makes me feel really easy to type. Its shape and curvature is pretty good. I wanted one with specialty keys for controlling volume I have some apps running all day and it’s handy to be able to quick mute it. The volume knob is also good that allows much more precise volume control than the usual up and down buttons. I don’t have to be focused on the browser so if I minimize the multimedia keyboard while I work on a spread sheet or whatever I can still control playback.

Overall, the multimedia keyboard with high quality for a budget price level. Hence the keyboard is a great value. I’m very satisfied with my purchase. It’s a big, spread out multimedia keyboard and you definitely know when you’ve pressed a key. I love it so far the feel and look is nice. For girls who has long finger nails the keys are easy to click appose to the old keyboard kind of flat keys.
