LEAGOO M5 Smartphone Introduction

Recently a new company name LEAGOO has released their pre-sale smartphone mode LEAGOO M5. For the first impression, I think the phone is just like many other budget smartphone brands with all-round basic features and functions. LEAGOO M5 comes with a metal frame, and the phone is compact design with a 5 inches screen. Actually, LEAGOO M5 is the world’s first non-breakpoint all-metal frame smartphone. Its slim body should be good enough for one-handed operation. No articulation point has been seen in its “all-metal” frame, which gives it a smooth touch feeling. Volume buttons and the power button are all located on the right side of LEAGOO M5, and you can easily see the USB port is situated at the bottom and the speakers are located on the back of LEAGOO M5. The whole look of LEAGOO M5 is simple and pleasing without any physical buttons.

Leagoo M5 has 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM. For the operating processor the phone uses Android 6.0. LEAGOO M5 also has a fingerprint sensor, which has become a standard feature among LEAGOO smartphones for its recent modes. LEAGOO M5 is powered by a 1.5 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6580A 64-bit processor and 2GB of RAM. LEAGOO M5 flaunts an 8 MP primary autofocus camera with LED flash, and a 5 MP front-facing camera for selfie and video calling. Leagoo M5 IS equipped with Multi-functional fingerprint sensor to unlock the device in around 0.2 seconds. The rear camera is very sensitive to lighting. Hence if the lighting conditions are not right, things may appear too bright or too dark.

LEAGOO M5 also passed shockproof tests for smartphones. Well it is my first time to heard about some budget price (here I mean under $100) smartphone has good shockproof feature. Normally for some $50 or $100 budget smartphones in the market, their body materials are really poor since they are made of cheap plastics. Hence in this case you should better not expect good shockproof function. If you used one plastic-made case for your smartphone, for example, an iPhone 6, your would probably need to replace your broken phone screen after you dropped the phone from 0.5 meter to 1 meter in height.
